LECTURER

25. Bachelor of Education (hons) Early Childhood Education

Nurul Azlina Salman, is currently a lecturer working in programme of Early Childhood Education Department. As a fully qualified and licensed lecturer, she is passionate about teaching and having a deep interest, enthusiasm, and dedication to promoting the learning and development of young children. This can involve advocating for high-quality preschool programs, supporting effective teaching practices, ensuring children have access to a safe and nurturing learning environment, and understanding the importance of early experiences in shaping a child's future.

I believe in nurturing a foundation of curiosity, exploration, and lifelong learning. My philosophy centers on creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where each child is valued as a unique individual. I aspire to create student-centered learning environments in which the student is in the driving seat of their own learning.  I believe in a play-based approach to learning, as play is the natural language of childhood through which children explore, experiment, and make sense of their surroundings. Play not only enhances creativity and problem-solving skills but also fosters resilience and self-regulation.

Furthermore, I recognize the importance of individualized instruction that respects diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds. Differentiated instruction allows me to meet the unique needs of each child, ensuring that all learners feel valued and supported in their educational journey.
