As a fully qualified and licensed lecturer, he is distinguish lecturer in Business Management with a focus on  quality marketing and operation management by exploring in core principle of marketing “4P” ( Product, Price, Promotion and Place) and understanding the market trends also market demand by implementing the six sigma and lean of quality marketing that integration of real world case studies with theoretical concepts to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of business dynamics.

Understanding the trends pattern of operational and customer needs by creating the marketing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction. Thus, ensure the product delivery and services meets quality standards and customer expectation.
