3 Easy Memory Tips

3 Easy Memory Tips

Struggling to remember everything before your exams? Don’t worry! Here are 3 simple memory tips to help you study smarter, not harder.

1. Study in 25-Minute Blocks

Set a timer for 25 minutes and focus on one subject. After that, take a short 5-minute break. Once the break is over, try to recall everything you just studied — without looking at your notes! This technique, called the Pomodoro method, is one of the best ways to help your brain store information quickly.

2. Use Mind Maps

Turn your notes into colourful diagrams. Write keywords and connect them with arrows or shapes. This makes it easier to see how everything is related. Visual learning is powerful — it’s like giving your brain a “big picture” of the topic, so you remember better during exams.

3. Study Before Sleeping

Did you know your brain continues working even when you sleep? When you study tough topics before going to bed, your brain processes and stores the information better. So, avoid staying up all night — a good night’s sleep will actually help you perform better.

Remember: Studying smart is better than studying long hours. Using these 3 simple tricks will make revision less stressful and help you stay confident during your exams.
