OVERVIEW
The Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons.) programme prepares students with the knowledge and skills required for various branches of pharmacy. This includes the pharmaceutical industry, community pharmacy, primary care services and hospital & clinical pharmacy practices. In our programme, students are exposed to hands-on and real-life experiential learning right from Year 1. Our BPharm. (Hons.) programme also covers several niche areas such as disaster & relief medicine, nuclear pharmacy, veterinary pharmacy, military pharmacy and cosmetics & nutraceuticals to give our students opportunities to explore these newer practices in pharmacy. During the programme, students will have the opportunities to conduct industrial training and attachments at various training sites such as pharmaceutical industries, primary care clinics, community pharmacies, hospitals and research centres. Students also have vast opportunities to further develop strong interpersonal skills and holistic attitude through many activities organised by our student bodies and activities with our local and international networking partners.

COURSE STRUCTURE
Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons.) is a four-year (eight semesters) degree programme that trains students to become competent pharmacists who are well-versed in all main areas of pharmacy practice. The programme is designed to produce pharmacists with updated knowledge, desired interpersonal skills and holistic approaches in the provision of pharmaceutical care.
